    1、What shipping methods does acejersey offer?

    Standard Shipping ($10 for some remote counties):

    Standard shipping is free, For some remote counties of $10-$20

    Orders of any amount are shipped with E-Packet, China Post Air Mail, or Netherland Post shipping with a tracking number.


    Express Shipping ($20- $80, depends on the destination countries):

    1. Express shipping can be purchased for most countries during checkout. Purchasing express shipping only affects postal service mailing time; it does not affect acejersey processing time.


    2. Different countries will be shipped automatically with the different available express, such as FedEx, DHL, EMS, etc.


    3. Some areas are in Remote Area, DHL/ FedEx shipping fee will Include a Remote Area Surcharge.


    2、When will I receive my order?

    ORDER TRACKING SUPPORT

    For orders placed while signed in to your Acejersey account, sign in and visit your Order History. 
     

    GUEST ORDER TRACKING
    If you placed a guest order (or cannot find an order on your account), check our ORDER STATUS and enter your order number (AJ0000000000) and email address to find your order details. 
    To access tracking details, click on the  “VIEW ORDER” button.

     

    NOTE: If your order has multiple items, your order may come in separate shipments, and items will be charged once shipped. 

    - Standard shipping is 15-30 business days (do not including weekends) plus an additional 1-3 days for processing.

    - Standard shipping of Personalized products is 15-30 days plus 5 days for processing.

    - Express shipping is 7-15 business days (not available for PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses).

    *Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods

     

    Some reasons for the delay could include the following:
     

    s   We are experiencing higher order volume during this time

    s   Item(s) in your order may be on backorder in the next 3-5 days

    s   Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to suppliers do not offer

    s   The personalized items(fonts or patches) out of stock.

    s   A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order
